Services and Estimates
Fisher Building Services provides commercial and residential building maintenance, including window cleaning, building and parking garage restoration, concrete work, and parking lot maintenance. All estimates provided online, over the phone, or in person are subject to change upon physical inspection of the property. Final pricing and service scopes will be agreed upon before work commences.
Communications and SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive communications from Fisher Building Services, including phone calls and text messages (SMS), regarding estimates, scheduling, service updates, and account information.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms (Fisher Building Services Notifications):
- Program Description: You can expect to receive messages related to estimate requests, appointment scheduling, service reminders, and billing updates.
- Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code or number that sent you the message. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
- Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling (402) 397-3931.
- Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Rates and Frequency: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your requested services. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

User Responsibilities
When requesting an estimate or booking a service, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for ensuring our crews have safe and clear access to the necessary areas of your property on scheduled service dates.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fisher Building Services and its employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. While we take the utmost care in our work, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural defects, or wear and tear on your property.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in or near Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
